Thank you for continuing to support the mission and vision of East Lake Aikido with your generous contributions. 

3% Cover the Fee

We are a 501(c)3 federal non-profit charitable organization and admit students of any ability, national or ethnic origin, religion, race, age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation or preference and are committed to supporting all members in meaningful practice.

Funds raised are administered with oversight of the board of directors and have been used in previous years to support many great initiatives including:

  • Financial assistance for monthly dues;

  • Scholarships for seminar fees at ELA;  

  • Travel and tuition support for students attending out of state seminars and camps;

  • Travel support for Sensei and Hannah to attend seminars and camps in order to build and maintain relationships with senior teachers in our lineage; 

  • Invite highly qualified instructors to teach seminars at ELA;

  • Initiation of accounting services with a local cooperative as we seek to alleviate the administrative burden on Hannah; 

  • The purchase of additional mats to expand inside our existing training space, and the rebuilding of the mudroom to accommodate them;

  • General maintenance and upkeep of the dojo.
